Delicious mango salsa is a perfectly spicy sweet low-calorie condiment!

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Salsa

1 mango
5 tomatoes
1/2 small green bell pepper
1/2 small onion
3/4 small red bell pepper
28 g jalapenos (two peppers)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Recipe Directions for Mango Salsa

  1. Throw everything but the mango, cilantro, and vinegar in a food processor or high-power blender for a bit, separately or together.

  2. Chop the cilantro finely, by hand, then cut (and peel!) the mango into half inch chunks.

  3. Mix everything together in a large bowl, add the vinegar.

  4. Let it sit over night, in the fridge, for best taste.
