Recipe Ingredients for Mango Salsa

1 fruit without refuse Mangos
1.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium Green Bell Pepper
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Pepper Sauce

Recipe Directions for Mango Salsa

Dice all vegetables and toss in large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and tabasco to taste.
