Recipe Ingredients for Mango Pineapple Crisp

1 fruit pineapple
2 fresh mangoes, chopped
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Mango Pineapple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Spread mango and pineapple into a 9x9 inch square baking pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg until smooth.

  4. Spoon mixture evenly over pineapple.

  5. Pour melted butter over mixture and then sprinkle with cinnamon.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
