Recipe Ingredients for Mango Pineapple Chicken

22 oz Chicken
1 cup, sliced Mangos
5 oz Pineapple
1 cup Cranberry Blend Premium 100% Juice

Recipe Directions for Mango Pineapple Chicken

  1. Slice chicken into small strips and marinate in desired mixture.

  2. Sear chicken until just done, remove from heat, and set aside.

  3. Dice pineapple and mango and saute over medium heat until tender.

  4. Add cranberry juice and reduce until liquid has boiled off.

  5. Add chicken to fruit mix and re-heat.
