3 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
2 fruit without refuse Mangos
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
4 serving Whole Foods Brand Whey Protein Powder - Natural Vanilla Flavor
8 fl oz Vanilla
1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
2 tbs coconut oil
