Recipe Ingredients for Mango Lassi

1 medium raw Mango
1.5 serving Fat Free Yogurt Plain
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 Glass Water

Recipe Directions for Mango Lassi

  1. Peel mango and cut into pieces. Put into a blender.

  2. Add yogurt to the blender, along with sugar and water.

  3. Cover the blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. If the consistency is too thick for you, add some more water and blend some more.

  4. Notes: If the mango is ripe and sweet, you can skip the sugar. If the lassi turns out to be too tart, you can add 1/4 cup of milk to it.
