1 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
1/4 tsp. fresh ginger
4 oz Greek yogurt (low fat)
1 cup pear nectar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup ice (if using fresh mangoes)

Recipe Directions for Mango Ginger Smoothie

  1. Cube fresh mango into 1 inch pieces or use frozen mangoes.

  2. Peel and mince 1 inch piece of fresh ginger.

  3. Blend together.
