Recipe Ingredients for Mango Dressing

1/2 mango, peeled and cut into chunks
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds and membrane removed
1/4 c fresh lime juice
5 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Mango Dressing

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor or bowl. Slowly pour in olive oil, running food processor or whisking constantly. Serve over salad.
