Delicious, semi thick salad dressing with no added sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Dressing with Blueberries

2 mangoes
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 c grapes, red halved
1/2 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for Mango Dressing with Blueberries

  1. Remove skins from Mangoes and slice flesh away from pit/seed.

  2. Chop, and add half to blender with Vinegar and Oil.

  3. Puree until smooth

  4. Halve grapes, and place with remaining mango chunks and blueberries into airtight container.

  5. Cover with puree and mix well.
