A fresh healthy egg-free mango custard, perfect for guilt free indulgence.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Custard

2 mangoes
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp coconut essence
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup corn starch

Recipe Directions for Mango Custard

  1. Blend the mangoes coconut essence and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. In a small saucepan combine the skim milk and cornstarch and stir until dissolved.

  3. Add the mango mixture to the milk mixture and combine. Bring the saucepan to the boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes before removing from the heat.

  4. Allow to cool before refrigerating. Serve chilled.
