Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chutney Shirataki Stir Fry

1 tsp coconut oil
8 oz. Shirataki noodles
1/2 c. egg whites
1 medium onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mango chutney
1 Cumin, ginger, and salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Mango Chutney Shirataki Stir Fry

  1. Heat a nonstick pan.

  2. While it's heating, rinse the shirataki noodles and chop the onion.

  3. Put the coconut oil in the pan.

  4. Brown the onion.

  5. If you're feeling ambitious, scramble the egg whites in a separate, nonstick pan. They have more body if yo prepare them this way, but I'm often too hungry to bother.

  6. Drop in the shirataki noodles and egg whites. I kind of chop up the noodles because they're awfully chewy.

  7. When the egg is cooked, add the sauce and seasonings. Don't be afraid to add lots of seasoning.
