Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chutney

1/2 cup dried mango
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup apple cider
1 oz apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Mango Chutney

  1. Heat oil in a small pot on medium heat.

  2. Toast the walnuts in the oil.

  3. Add the brown sugar, apple cider, vinegar, pineapple juice, and lime juice and stir.

  4. Add the mango, pineapple, and raisins and stir again.

  5. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and curry powder.

  6. Keep at a low boil until liquid is reduced to the desired consistency, about 25 minutes at low heat.

  7. Cool and serve with your favorite curry or exotic dessert.
