My take on sweet and sour chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chilli Chicken

500 g chicken breast
50 g raw red chillies
50 g Ginger
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup fresh coriander
1 mango
200 ml coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Mango Chilli Chicken

  1. Chop and fry the onion until soft in the oil

  2. Add the chicken, garlic, chopped chillies and ginger and fry until then chicken is golden brown

  3. Add the mango, coconut milk and pepper and simmer until the milk thickens slightly

  4. Serve with rice
