Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry Package

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chicken Stir-Fry

1 lb chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
16 oz bell peppers
29 oz Tropical Fruit Salad
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Mango Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

  2. 2. Add cubed chicken and cook, stirring constantly until done.

  3. 3. Add Stir-Fry Blen and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  4. 4. In small bowl, make sauce by combining juice, 1 Tbsp cornstarch, 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, and 1/4 tsp ginger.

  5. 5. Add sauce to wok and cook until sauce thickens.

  6. 6. Carefully stir in fruit, heat 1 to 2 minutes and serve over rice.
