Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chicken

3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Red Curry Paste
398 mL Rooster Coconut Milk
2 cup, sliced Mangos

Recipe Directions for Mango Chicken

cooks chicken with garlic, cut chicken into small pieces, add curry paste and curry paste when cooked add raw mangos serve on bed of rice when mangos have warmed up.
