Slices of rich sweet mango and onion in orange sauce for a healthy, easy meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chicken

6 chicken breast
3/4 cup onion
2 mangos
1 T oil
3 cups orange juice
3 T cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Mango Chicken

  1. brown checken in oil till crispy and juices run clear

  2. add the onion. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.Add OJ and bring to boil. When boiling add mango slices. Turn down heat, and simmer for 2 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in how water; stir into the sauce. Stir until thickens slighty.
