Recipe Ingredients for Mango Chicken

1 lb. chicken breast, boneless skinless
3 bell peppers
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onion
2 T. grapeseed oil
2 mango
1 t. fresh ginger
4 t. green chili paste
2 T. soy sauce, lite
1 t. garlic

Recipe Directions for Mango Chicken

  1. dice chicken and stir fry, remove.

  2. dice peppers and stir fry with onion and garlic and mushrooms. Mix 3/4 c. water with seasoning and 1 T. corn starch. stir into pan. Add chicken. Add mango to heat.
