1 serving Mango Chunks (Trader Joe's)
1 serving pineapple tidbits
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 fl oz Pineapple Orange Banana
1 level scoop French Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Mango Breakfast Smoothie

  1. 1 c. mango chunks

  2. 1 c. pineapple tidbits

  3. 1 med banana

  4. 2 T flax oil

  5. .5 c. orange pineapple banana juice

  6. 1 scoop whey protein powder

  7. Combine ingredients and blend in a blender for 1 minute. Add water if necessary to thin.
