I didn't say it was a healthy recipe, just a delicious way to use all these mangos!

Recipe Ingredients for Mango bread

1 cup mango, sliced
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/10 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Mango bread

  1. mix all ingredients except walnuts

  2. pour into loaf pan (or 3 small loaf pans)

  3. sprinkle walnuts on top and swirl into the batter

  4. bake at 350 for 20 minutes, rotate, check in 10-12 minutes with a tooth pick.

  5. cool and slice.
