Recipe Ingredients for Mango Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 1/2 cups oat
1 cup wheat flour
1 T baking powder (maybe less)
3/4 cups brown sugar
2 egg whites
3 T of applesauce
1 cup mango
1 cup blueberries
2 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Combine dry ingredients (oats, flour and baking powder). Then add everything else. Bake at 350* for about 12 minutes.
