Recipe Ingredients for Mango and Black Bean Salsa

1 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 medium raw Mango
1/4 medium raw Onion Red
1/2 fl oz Lime Juice
1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Mango and Black Bean Salsa

Rinse and drain black beans and place in a bowl. Chop green pepper, red onion, and mango and add to beans. Sprinkle mix with cumin, cinnamon and salt. Add lime juice to taste. Optional heat: Add chopped pickled jalapenos to taste.
