Recipe Ingredients for Mango and Black Bean Salad with Grilled Chicken

50 grams Newman's Own Olive Oil
50 grams Cilantro
1 fl oz Lime Juice
20 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
15 oz Black Beans
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
8 cups Mixed Baby Greens

Recipe Directions for Mango and Black Bean Salad with Grilled Chicken

  1. Combine salad dressing with cilantro and lime juice.

  2. In a tupperware, place 1/4 cup of the dressing and the chicken. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. On a different bowl, combine the beans, onion, and jalapeņo and the remaining dressing.

  4. Cut the mango in dices.

  5. Grill the chicken after it is marinated.

  6. Place the green mix on a huge serving bowl.

  7. Mix with the beans and mango.

  8. Slice the grilled chicken and arrange over the salad.

  9. Enjoy!
