1/2 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 tbsp Adobo

Grill corn & cut from cob, mince other ingredients gently stir in prepared adobo to coat and refrigerate overnight
