Chutney for meat dishes like Chicken or white fish like Tilapia. Good in a pita pocket too with hummus & chicken. Can also add cucumber.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Avocado Salsa

1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1/2 fruit without refuse Mangos
1 large (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
3 clove Garlic
0.5 lime+yields lemon yields Lemon Juice
4 oz Cilantro
2 dash Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 cucumber

Recipe Directions for Mango Avocado Salsa

Chop up 1 med red onion, 2 jalepenos, 1 garlic clove, 1 mango, 1 avocado, 1 red pepper, cilantro, juice of 1/2 a lime, salt & pepper to taste.
