A tomato-less salsa. Although that is only because I had no tomatoes in the house. It's a fresh, light salsa. I added some Epicure Fruit Salsa spice to it too.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango-Avocado Salsa

2 bell peppers
1 mango
1/2 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 avocado

Recipe Directions for Mango-Avocado Salsa

Cut all ingredients into small cubes. Add together in a small bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 min, but overnight is preferred.
