Sweet and tangy salsa that is great over salads and fish.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Avocado Salsa

1 cup avocado (128g)
1 cup mango (128g)
4 tbsp cilantro (86g)
2 tbsp lime juice (43g)
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Mango Avocado Salsa

  1. Dice the avocado and mango.

  2. Chop the cilantro.

  3. In a medium/small bowl combine avocado, papaya, cilantro and lime juice. Mix gently not to crush the avocado.

  4. In a separate small bowl mix the ground coriander, paprika and salt until thoroughly blended.

  5. Sprinkle dry mixture over the fruit mixture and combine gently. Chill 10 - 15 minutes.
