1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, julienned 1 green apple, julienned 1 lg carrot, julienned 1/3 cp craisins 1/2 cp green grapes, halved 1/4 cp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tbs lime juice 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe Ingredients for Mango-Apple Slaw

1 medium raw Mango
1 medium apple Apples
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.33 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.5 cup Grapes
4 tsp Cilantro
3 serving Lime Juice
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Mango-Apple Slaw

  1. Prepare all fruits and vegetables. Combine juice, soy sauce, oil, and cilantro in a medium bowl; blend well.

  2. Add fruit and vegetables to dressing; mix to coat well; chill. Makes 6 cups.
