Simple stir fry with veggies and chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Mandy's Stir Fry

1 cup broccoli
8 oz chicken breast
1 cup cabbage
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp ginger
2 carrots
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp orange juice concentrate
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Mandy's Stir Fry

  1. cut up all ingredients

  2. heat garlic, ginger, and onion in a wok with a tiny bit of oil

  3. add chicken breast, saute until cooked

  4. add veggies and stir fry until cooked

  5. pour sauce over veggies and chicken and simmer until reduced
