1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pepper
3 tbsp black olives, sliced
1 cup shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup noodles, wheat
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Mandy's pasta mix

begin by boiling the wheat noodles. While the noddles are boiling sautee the mushrooms, hot banana pepper, and onion. Then, drain the wheat noodles and add them to the items that are sauteeing. Lastly, add the olives and salt to your spefication. Let it simmer about three minutes longer and then enjoy this delicious meal.
