Recipe Ingredients for Mandy's Not The Best Thai Fried Rice

1 cup long grain brown rice
12 oz. chicken breast
1/2 onion
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
3 egg whites
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/8 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Mandy's Not The Best Thai Fried Rice

  1. Boil rice.

  2. Fry egg, onions, garlic and eggs.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Add liquid ingredients and sugar.

  5. You can also add an egg sunny side up to go on top.
