best enchiladas ever (but high cal!)

Recipe Ingredients for mandy's enchiladas

16 oz enchilada sauce
1 can tomato soup
8 flour tortillas
2 lbs hamburger
2 cups cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for mandy's enchiladas

  1. Mix together two cans of enchilada sauce w/ the can of tomato soup. Put half mixture in with 2 lbs browned hamburger. Spoon mixture into 8 tortilla shells and sprinkle cheddar cheese in shell place in large casserole dish. Roll up shells w/ seams facing downward. Pour rest of enchilada sauce over shells and add the rest of the bag of cheese over that.

  2. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Can be served w/ sour cream, lettuce or olives.
