Brown Rice with Mandarin Orange slices

Recipe Ingredients for Mandarin Rice

1 cup Brown Rice
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 cup Mandarin Oranges
0.5 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters

Recipe Directions for Mandarin Rice

  1. Boil 2 cups of chicken broth with seasoning salt and add I cup of brown rice and chopped broccoli flowerettes.

  2. Bring rice to a boil and reduce heat and cover for 5 minutes.

  3. Add mandarin oranges along with the juice and cover rice to cook for additional 5 minutes. Flufff with fork and serve.
