Recipe Ingredients for Mandarin Macaroni Salad

1 cup Mayonnaise, Hellman's
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
10 oz (can) mandarin orange segments
1 apple, red
1 cup celery, sliced

Recipe Directions for Mandarin Macaroni Salad

  1. In large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients.

  2. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.

  3. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.

  4. Makes about 5 cups.
