Recipe Ingredients for Mandarin Cranberry Relish

36 oz cranberries
1 navel orange
4 oz clementine
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar

Recipe Directions for Mandarin Cranberry Relish

  1. Process 32oz cranberries with 2/3 cups water. Transfer to dutch oven.

  2. Process navel and mandarin oranges with vinegar. Transfer to dutch oven and stir to combine. Add in artificial sweetener to taste.

  3. On low heat, thoroughly heat mixture, stirring occasionally.

  4. Optionally, you may add 2-3 cinnamon sticks while mixture heats.

  5. Once heated, turn off heat and allow mixture to cool in dutch oven. Transfer to serving dish or storage container. Will keep for two weeks in the fridge.
