Recipe Ingredients for manakeesh with spinach

1 Pizza Base
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs onion, chopped finely
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cups baby spinach, fresh
1 pinch salt
1 tsp lemon, pure, juice

Recipe Directions for manakeesh with spinach

  1. Heat olive oil

  2. Add onions, garlic and salt, cook untill onion becomes translucent

  3. Add coarsley chopped spinach, cook till willted

  4. Add lemon juice

  5. spread spinach topping on pizza base

  6. Cook in oven, 280; for about 10-15mins
