Okay so I started throwing things in a pot, something I'm normally pretty good at, but have never done with soup. I don't make much soup. So it started smelling pretty yucky, but it tastes super yummy. I think I'll serve it with a bit of cheese and some sour cream...

Recipe Ingredients for Man-I-Hope-This-Turns-Out Soup

240 g Yellow Peppers
160 g Baby Carrots
110 g Onion
540 ml Chili Style Stewed Tomatoes
540 ml Water
540 ml Original Petite Cut Tomatoes
540 ml Black Beans
540 ml Kidney Beans
10 g Chili Powder
5 g Garlic Powder
2 g Paprika
2 g Black Pepper
2 g dried red chilies
454 g Frozen Corn

Recipe Directions for Man-I-Hope-This-Turns-Out Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the corn.

  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for half an hour or so.

  3. Put through blender in batches, I liquefied mine, but you can leave chunks if you wish.

  4. Pour back in pot and add Corn.

  5. Simmer until ready to serve.

  6. Serve with some cheese or sour cream, and ENJOY!
