2 cups chicken stock, fat free, low sodium
3 oz. carrot, diced
2 oz. baby spinach
1 oz. tomato, roma, diced
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup peas
1 stalk celery, diced

  1. Add all ingredients to small sauce pan.

  2. Bring to boil.

  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
