Stovetop ziti with turkey and carrot.

Recipe Ingredients for Mama's Ziti

1 lb. ground turkey
2 large carrots, grated
2 cans (10.75 oz. each) tomato soup, health request
8 oz. uncooked ziti
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Mama's Ziti

Large saucepan. Combine turkey and carrot and cook until no pink remains. Add soup, two cans water, ziti, and seasonings. Cover and cook 25 minutes until ziti is tender. Add moz. cheese. Top each serving with Parm. cheese.
