2 cup kale
6 oz Fat Free yogurt
1 oz wheat germ
2 pears
1 apple

Recipe Directions for Mama's Pregnancy Shake

Put all ingredients in juicer. Turn on for about 30-seconds. Could be more depending on your juicer/blender.
