White bean, potato and basil burgers

Recipe Ingredients for Mama Pea's burgers

400 g Northern Beans, cooked
1/2 pound yukon gold potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 T nutritional yeast
2 tsp lemon juice
2 T wholewheat flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 c chopped fresh basil

Recipe Directions for Mama Pea's burgers

  1. Cook potatoes until tender. Meanwhile, drain beans and rinse.

  2. Add all ingredients except basil and mash with a fork until mixture holds together.

  3. Stir in basil.

  4. Form patties and grill or fry.
