This is a quick and easy lasagna recipe that my mom made last night. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Mama Lena's Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
15 ounces ricotta cheese
15 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pound lasagna noodles
1 tablespoon corn oil
230 grams tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Mama Lena's Lasagna

  1. fry ground beef

  2. chop onions and garlic and add to beef

  3. place pasta in a pan

  4. cover with cheese mixture, meat mixture tomato sauce and noodles again.

  5. enjoy.
