Recipe Ingredients for Malted Milk Blondies

6 tbsp Malted Milk
24 tsp Light Brown Sugar
0.5 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.13 dash Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Baking Powder
3 large Egg, White
0.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 stick Butter
2 oz Premier White Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Malted Milk Blondies

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together the malted milk powder, flours, sugar, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing just until no lumps remain. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread batter into a 9-inch, lightly greased, square baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove bars from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely before cutting.
