Recipe Ingredients for Maltby Roll Sushi

1/4 cup long grain brown rice
1/2 cup avacado
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/4 cup brocoli
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 c water
1 tbs wasabi
1 tbs pickled ginger
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Maltby Roll Sushi

  1. Cook rice acording to package. You should end up with about 3/4 cup.

  2. While rice is cooking cut cucumber matchsticks

  3. chop your brocoli finely

  4. mash avacado and mix in lemon juice

  5. When the rice is finishd cooking, add rice wine vinegar and water and drair thourghly.

  6. spread and pat rice onto plastic wrap lined sushi mat in a rectangle.

  7. Spread avacado in the middle of rice.

  8. lay out the cucumber and brocoli

  9. roll the suhi up tight

  10. chill for about 15 mins before slicing

  11. serve with wasabi and ginger
