Chewy lovely malt bread, great for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Malt raisin bread

4 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 salt
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp active yeast
5 oz seedless raisins
2 tbsp barley malt syrup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons powdered milk

Recipe Directions for Malt raisin bread

Combine dry ingredients in in food processor with dough blade. Add wet ingredients move to bread machine and bake for medium crust or pour into a well greased bread pan and bake 1 - 1 1/4 hours at 325 F
