Subtile sweetness. Oil can be added for applesauce. 1 egg may be added for egg substitute. Options: increase sugar, add raisins, nuts, etc.

2.75 cup All Purpose Flour
138 grams Original Malt-O-Meal
12 tsp SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
6 oz Fat Free Milk
0.25 cup Applesauce
0.25 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
7 grams Boulder Canyon 50% Reduced Salt Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Malt-O-Meal Muffins

Mix all together. Scoop into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake until firm to the touch.
