Recipe Ingredients for Make Believe Mashed Potatos

3.5 serving Goya Butter Beans
12 oz (Steamfresh) Garlic Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Make Believe Mashed Potatos

  1. drain can of butter beans and rinse with cold water using a strainer.

  2. Add to food processor with about 1 ounce of water. Process until pureed.

  3. Cook cauliflower according to package. Be careful removing the contents as it will be very hot.

  4. Place some bits of the cauliflower at a time in the processor and process until blended. Add more cauliflower each time and process.

  5. Add more water if necessary but gradually (1 tbsp at a time), depending on the consistency desired.

  6. Once all the cauliflower and butter beans are well mashed and blended. Pour onto a microwave safe dish and warm up for 1 minute or less.

  7. Serve as a side dish to any meat
