A slightly fancier and tastier version of the classic. You can substitute some sour cream for some of the milk to make an even tastier version.

Recipe Ingredients for Make-ahead style mashed potatoes

6 potatoes
2 oz. cream cheese
1 oz margarine
1/2 cup milk, reduced fat, 1% milkfat, fluid
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Make-ahead style mashed potatoes

Peel and quarter potatoes; boil until tender. Drain. Mash cooked potatoes with remaining ingredients. Adjust milk as needed to get desired consistency. Enjoy!
