1packet of yeast equals 3 teaspoons

Recipe Ingredients for Make Ahead Pizza Dough

4 cups white flour
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
3 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup oil
1 cups warm water

Recipe Directions for Make Ahead Pizza Dough

In a large bowl combine sugar, flour, salt and yeast. Mix. Add oil and warm water. Stir to form soft dough. Kneed for 3-5 minutes. Let it rest 20 minutes. Divide in two. Press into pans, bake at 400 degress till puffy (8-10 minutes). Top with toppings and bake additional 10-15 minutes.
