Daikon Radish, Cucumber, Salt, Stevia, Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe Ingredients for Main - Sunomono

114 1/2 grams Daikon Radish
122 1/5 grams cucumber
23 1/5 grams of zucchini
1/4 tsp salt
2 grams Stevia Powder
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Main - Sunomono

  1. Peel the daikon radish and slice it or julienne into thin slices. Slice or julienne the cucumber to the same thickness.

  2. Salt the cucumber and daikon slices and wait about 5-10 mins.

  3. Wash off the daikon and cucumber slices and drain the water through a strainer.

  4. Mix the vinegar and stevia in a cup.

  5. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumber and daikon slices.

  6. Set aside at least 15 min before serving.
