85 grams Chives
140 grams Mushrooms
2 tbsp Olive Oil
60 grams Cornstarch
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 serving INGREDIENTS - Sinsin Superior Light Reduced Salt Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
330 grams Silken Tofu
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cube Bouillon Cubes
116 grams Onions
15 grams Garlic
15 grams Ginger Root
30 grams Wine, Table, White
0.1 serving Rice Vinegar
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for MAIN COURSE - Mushroom, Chive and Tofu Str-fry

  1. Heat up olive oil in a pan.

  2. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes. Season with salt, white pepper and garlic powder. Dredge in 3 tbsp cornstarch.

  3. Fry tofu until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside in a warm place.

  4. Saute onion, ginger and garlic in the same pan. Add chopped chili peppers.

  5. Add in mushrooms and chives.

  6. Add bouillon cube.

  7. Deglaze with wine.

  8. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar. Saute.

  9. Add water.

  10. Let it boil then simmer for 3 minutes.

  11. Season accordingly.

  12. Thicken with 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry.

  13. Add sesame oil. Serve.
